Unlimited classes are NOW at HQ. Thats right,
if you're keen on doing more than 1 class per
week this may be just what your looking for.
The cost will be $18 per week or $28 including
pole , with 3 month minimum commitment. There
will be a couple of exclusions, but these will
be offered at 1/2 price for members.....
BURLESQUE
IS HERE FOR A LIMITED TIME AT HQ IN JULY!!
Have you ever wanted to try the art of burlesque
but been to shy, well for the month of July
we are running Burlesque dance, a sexy diva
dance class that incorporates aspects of burlesque
and some super sexy dance moves to get your
man hot under the collar. Check out the timetable

FAREWELL TO CASSANDRA AND WELCOME TO SARAH!
After
serving with HQ for over 18 months, Cass is
moving on to greener pastures in Sydney and
she will be sadly missed by all the staff and
students at HQ.
On the flip side, we would like to welcome Sarah,
who has over 2 1/2 years pole teaching experience
here on the Coast, that now joins the ranks
at HQ. Check out her teacher profile for more

Hop class at 11am. He will have some fun, but
inspirational choreo.
