HAPPY NEW YEAR 2009
IS HERE!
We hope you've had a safe and fun filled Christmas
and New Year. Tonight sees the return of classes
for the new year including funk, hip hop fitness
and pole dancing.
CHANGES
FOR THIS YEAR!
Direct debit, unlimited classes is coming to
HQ. Thats right, if you're keen on doing more
than 1 class per week this may be just what
your looking for. More details coming shortly
once details have been finalised.
We are also looking
to add more classes to the timetable including
daytime hip hop and pole dance/fitness classes.
NEW POLE
FORMAT COMING IN FEBRUARY!
Pole dance courses are back on the agenda for
both the beginner and intermediate/adanced levels.
Due to popularity of the classes, we no longer
allow pole share, so pricing of classes has
increased slightly with additional benefits.
As of February, to make life easier for current
members and our teachers we are moving back
to Pole courses in pole dance so everyone starts
off at the same level each week.
Pole Fitness will stay as normal on a casual
basis, with the slight increase in pricing and
more classes will be available shortly.

FRESH TOUR - BACK AT HQ ON 26 JANUARY!
AFter a successful tour last year to HQ, Fly
Fresh are back with Jesse, Trav and guest US
teacher Mr Swoop coming to HQ on 26 January
for 3 workshops. See further details and register

you are Dance HQ is available for rent. Fully
airconditioned, professional sound equipment,
